Renting the Grounds at Lee Hall for a Wedding

Description

The grounds at Lee Hall Mansion are available for rental by prearrangement for private functions between May and September. However, private functions are not allowed inside the mansion.

Wedding Ceremony on the Grounds

Basic Rental: $300  (for up to *1.5 hours) for **groups of up to 100 persons.
$500  (for up to *1.5 hours) for **groups of over 100 persons.
Overtime charge: $200 per hour

There is no charge for a wedding on the grounds if the reception is also held on site, but the time is included in the basic rental for receptions.

Photography Fees: No charge if ceremony or reception is on the grounds.
                  Photography inside the mansion  $200 (1 hour) by pre-arrangement only.

Hours:  5:00PM to 7:00PM (last rental period begins at 7:00PM)

EVENING EVENT FEES
Lee Hall Mansion and Grounds

Evening rental fees are based on five (5) hours of use of Lee Hall Mansion and the
Grounds from 5:00p.m. until 10:00p.m.
An hourly rate is charged if your special event concludes after 10:00p.m.
No music allowed past 10:00p.m.
Evening events are scheduled April through September.

All Evening Events are on the Grounds

       Includes use of 2 bathrooms in the mansion basement.
       Special tours of the mansion may be provided within the first two hours of the event
       with prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

Caterer’s Breakdown Time: One hour after event is over at no charge.  Each additional hour: $100.00.  Charges will be incurred at the full rate when the time reaches 15 minutes after the first hour. 

Since the property is open to the public during the day, we cannot accommodate functions on the grounds until after closing.
