Groups of all ages will learn about the Lee family and the role this home played during the Civil War.

Summer Celebration Wine Festival

June 8, 2019

The 18th annual Lee Hall Summer Celebration Wine Festival takes place on the grounds of Lee Hall Mansion. Sponsored by the Virginia War Museum Foundation, Liz Moore Realty, London Bridge Trading and Echoes of Glory Military Auction House, proceeds from the festival benefit the Foundation’s preservation and education initiatives for Lee Hall Mansion, Endview Plantation, and the Virginia War Museum. Ten Virginia wineries will be featured.

Festival Details & Registration

Festival hours are 11am – 6pm. Admission is $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the gate. Non-tasting tickets are available for $10.00 at ticket retailers and the day of at the gate. Tickets may be purchased in advance online through Event Brite (service fee applies). REGISTER ONLINE TODAY

Advance ticket retailers include: Riverwalk Restaurant in Yorktown, The Wine Seller in Williamsburg, Vintners Cellar Winery of Yorktown, Lee Hall Mansion (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays), the Virginia War Museum, and the Newport News Visitor Center in Newport News Park.

  • Naked Mountain Winery
  • Rebec Vineyards
  • Saude Creek Vineyards

  • Vintner’s Cellar Winery of Yorktown 
  • A variety of wine-related craft vendors will be on-site. Food will also be available for purchase on site. Entertainment includes the bands Joe’s Day Off and the Rhythm Kings. The first floor of the historic house as well as the permanent exhibition will be open for touring and is included with Festival admission. NO pets. Id’s will be checked at the gate.
